1. Definitions

In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:
•Company: Torvex Concrete
•Client: any natural or legal person using the services of the company
 

2. Applicability

These terms apply to all quotations, agreements, and works carried out by Torvex Concrete.
 

3. Quotations

All quotations are non-binding and valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
 

4. Agreement

An agreement is concluded after written or verbal confirmation by the client.
 

5. Execution of Work

The work will be carried out in accordance with professional standards and with due care.
 

6. Payment

Invoices must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed.
 

7. Liability

The company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the invoice amount of the performed works.
 

8. Force Majeure

The company is not liable for delays or damages caused by force majeure.
 

9. Disputes

All agreements are governed by Belgian law. Disputes shall be handled by the competent court.
